- Logistics data: shipment postings, routes, pickup/delivery points, documents, pricing, bids.
- Device & usage: app version, device identifiers, IP, timestamps, diagnostics, crash logs.
- Location (optional/consented): GPS for in-transit visibility and proof of delivery.
- Payments: invoices, payout identifiers, transaction metadata (via payment partners).
- Communications: in-app messages, support requests, ratings/reviews.
